they didnt send a black tie w the white w black accent tux

found it very jacked up to get a pink and purple striped tie with a white w black accent TUX. there is no way to contact CS or call anyone to do a switch out. not happy abt that. also, in the section of notes for the order i asked for the pants to be switched to a size 30wx34length, that was not delivered. not super happy w that. maybe after the tailor gets finished w it, and we actually get a black tie, i will be happy---but not w this service.
