RETURN PROCESS

From the day you receive your order, you have 15 days to return your item. Please send email to service@mogusuit.com to get return address. 

For US customers, once we receive your return request, we will send you a U.S return address and instructions on how to return your items.  Please make sure that the returned item is "sellable condition"(see below), otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or refund for you. 
Canada and other countries consumers please return to below address and consumer pay return shipping fee.

Consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee for any return reason. If your order is Expedited Shipping method, we will not refund you the expedited shipping fee.

EXCHANGE

If you need to start an exchange,  follow the same instructions as you would return the item, please send email to service@mogusuit.com. We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received. consumer should be responsible for the return shipping fee for any return reason. seller responsible for the re-send shipping fee for standard shipping method only. consumer need to pay $15.00 if need expedited exchange. 

REFUND TIME

We will issue refund once the returned item is received. and You'll get refund automatically within 10 days sinnce we issue the refund.
If you still haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not be received, please contact us at Service@mogusuit.com.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The returned item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and needs to be in its original packaging with the manufacturer tags.
• If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
